Gerard joined the team in 1980 as a technician and quantity surveyor for the projects of Gerrit Neef. In 2004 he joined up with PlanSud and become a shareholder.
He guarentees the collaboration of the best-qualified local enterprises for the building sites, for which he oversees the direction and coordination.
Due to his longstanding experience with local builders, he has established a strong reputation of matching the very highest of ambitions and quality.

Chris is an engineer who graduated from the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands, before joining the office of PlanSud in 2004 where he became a shareholder. His wide understanding of various languages continues to enable him to develop his contacts with foreign clients on the Cote d'Azur.
He collaborates with the office in Haarlem on the structural projects of villas and apartment buildings.
Being impassioned by architecture, his realisations lean towards a clever balance between elegance and serenity.
Great attention to detail and quality along with a remarkable sensitivity are the qualities that are constantly reflected in all of his projects.

Founder of the GERRIT NEEF ARCHITECT office in 1975, he retired as an architect in 2008.
Gerrit is still a shareholder and remains working closely with the company and its projects, for which he frequently gives his advise.

Heiko Hulsker worked after his architectural studies at Delft University, some years for Paul van Leeuwen in Amsterdam and started in an early stage, his own office.
He specialized in the design and execution of hotels industrial buildings, housing schemes and individual villas of high standing.
In 1993 he became a partner at Plan Architects in Haarlem and extended his experience to office buildings, schools, town planning and the restoration of historical monuments.
Since 2004 he is also a partner with ir. Gerrit Neef in the French office of PlanSud Architectes, which is based on the French Riviera.
