PlanSud Architects originated with Gerrit Neef Architect, established on the Côte d'Azur since 1975. In the eighties the company focused on villas as well as apartment complexes. With the introduction of Gérard Ducourneau, technical assistant and quantity surveyor, the company moved on to specialise in the field of constructig and renovating luxurious villas.
In 2004, a partnership was formed with Heiko Hulsker, director architect of SlagenHulsker Architects in Haarlem, the Netherlands with the company becoming a Ltd, which introduced Chris van Lieshout architect and Gérard Ducourneau as shareholders.

Due to a close collaboration with the office of Heiko Hulsker in the Netherlands, we can now also deal with projects like housing scemes and utility buildings. The office in Haarlem can draw for PlanSud whenever needed which enables us to assure a premium service.
